Yes! In short, the Fair Credit Reporting Act gives consumers the right to dispute any item on their credit reports. Once your dispute has been received by the credit bureau(s), they have 30 days to investigate then render a decision (the item can either be verified, updated, or deleted). 8 out of every 10 credit reports contain errors, therefore your credit profile/scores has a high chance of improving after the first round of dispute. Even if an item comes back as verified, you can still dispute the account and this is where our expertise comes in.
There is no limit to the amount of times you can dispute an item on your credit report. Under rare circumstances, an account may be flagged as frivolous by the credit bureau. A simple fix would be to dispute the account using a different reason than you've used in the past and attached additional evidence.
Yes! But it is NOT an overnight process and most "quick fixes" are illegal. Results will definitely vary because each credit profile is unique. - You have not used another credit repair agency or attempted to repair your credit on your own one year prior to enrolling with BTK FINANCIAL.

- You have maintained your credit monitoring service.

- You have sent us all correspondence received from the credit bureaus and/or creditors/collection agencies.

Yes. We reserve the right to sever our working relationship (with notice) if you do not maintain your credit monitoring, continuously apply for new credit while in the repairing phase (unless previously discussed), missed a payment on any current/active accounts, and/or failed to make your payment as scheduled. A failed payment notice will be sent, if payment is still not received within the time frame allotted, contract will be canceled and a new enrollment fee will be due upon re-entry into the program.
Typically no, however there are instances where a deleted account can re-appear on a credit report such as: the debt was sold to another collection agency who then reports it to the credit bureaus or an original creditor who was previously past the deadline updates the credit bureaus that the account is accurate. If an item was deleted then re-inserted, the FCRA requires that the credit bureaus send you a written notice of the re-insertion within 5 days.
